Did you know that you can stain brick like you can stain wood? Definitely a couple days work but it turns out very pretty. And they have fixtures to put on garage doors to make them look pretty too! We should do fun stuff to the outside of your house when/if I get to come visit! Maybe we could plant a cactus garden ;) and make a pretty walkway. Sounds like fun to me!

I know exactly where to put a cactus garden. The neighborhood cats are using the soil we decanted as a giant catbox! A pathway would be fun too. But we best leave the bricks be--the mortar is going bad and crumbling. Scary. Love you baby, Mom
