The dover home
Two more homes. The Dover home and the Pheasant home!

I like this one - the only con besides the work needed to make it perfect is that it may be harder to rent out

This one has an open house so we might not get it. But it is 10-12 minutes closer to dahm's work and it would be easier to rent out. It also has a LOT less yard space and less privacy
