When I told Richard and Jo about your banana tree, they thought that was great. Richard loves bananas! That just looks so cool to me. I wonder why it has that huge purple flower thing on it? I am ignorant of the ways of the banana tree!
Yep! It's called an Apple banana tree :) I think the flower is like a pod? I have no clue XD lol but it turns out I actually have two trees with these midget nanners :) so once they get ripe enough I'm cutting them down. When you cut one off they make this extremely sticky, milky sap that starts out fluid but stays sticky for quite some time!
