There's this cutesy little saying going around, especially with navy wives, "refuse to sink" and usually has a little anchor because that crap is nautical, apparently just like drowning is nautical. People even get tattoos like this.
My point?
THE ANCHOR'S JOB IS TO SINK.
IT WOULD BE WORTHLESS WITHOUT SINKING.
EVERYONE WOULD DIE.
Geez, they couldn't put a little picture of a life preserver, or even a happy little sail boat?

ROFL! It's so true! There's a whole subtext going on that they don't even see! LOL I love the way you can always see through the foolishness--kind of like the little kid who pointed out to the world that the Emperor was running around stark naked...:)
