AMAZINGLY GOOD.
Not like regular coconut.
I would pay $1.50 again in a heart beat to have one for breakfast each day. It was THAT GOOD.
We found this little market, Plaza de Mercado, with all this fresh fruit and such, and we asked a little old spanish lady "donde esta coconut?" and she pointed us in the right direction, to a smoothie area of all places! I was a little bit skeptical, but then Mr. Amazing Man of Coconut whipped two out and used his machete to chop them up so they would lay flat and we could drink them. Plaza de Mercado is also where I made that kitty friend with the Mustachio. He was very cute. And fat, so I knew he liked people. Most the feral cats there were half his stature and skinnier (not skin and bones, PLENTY of lizards and pigeons to eat) but I could tell this guy chilled out with the peoples to get num nums. Man, there were so many really cool hole-in-the-wall places there, I really need to sit down with all of you to tell you about the pictures. DID YOU SEE MY BABY HERMIE CRAB????? HIS NAME IS MALCOLM AND I LET HIM GO :) Wait. His photo didn't upload. Hailey fix.
I love your baby hermit crab! He is so cute and little and he makes the one Jamie brought over to our house look like a giant. I'm still not sure whose pet the hermit crab here is. I know I'm taking care of him, that's what I know. LOL I love the pics of the mustachio kitty. He has a nice little chub on him all right, you can tell he likes the people. He has a nice life. :)
ReplyDeleteI would love to talk about the pictures! The one that really gets to me is the one with the bicycle leaning up against the tree against the backdrop of the ocean. :) I keep wanting to get on that bike and go. :)
